General Description
The SS10148 device can receive up to 16 digital inputs with NPN or PNP connection. Data is transmitted using the MODBUS RTU/ASCII protocol over an RS-485 network.
To ensure plant safety, an alarm with a Watch-Dog timer is provided.
Isolation between the circuit sections eliminates any grounding effects, allowing the device to be used even in harsh environmental conditions.
The device is housed in a rugged self-extinguishing 6-module DIN plastic enclosure for mounting on an EN-50022 standard DIN rail.
