Drawer Type Panel

Drawer-type panels are an energy distribution and switching solution created for facilities where the need for power quality is most critical. With the understanding of the importance of drawer panels and the advantages they provide, their area of use has begun to increase. The economic and technical differences brought by drawer panels have made the product a mandatory requirement for the energy distribution of giant facilities in many sectors that attach importance to power quality and energy continuity.

Drawer-type electrical panels, which are especially preferred in industrial facilities that require energy continuity, have a separate drawer for each socket in the system. The protection, control, communication and measuring equipment of each output section is mounted inside the same drawer, and the power and control connections are made with sockets and output cables.

Thus, a faulty output unit can be replaced with a spare drawer in a very short time. It is easier to carry out repairs or desired modifications in drawer units compared to fixed-type boards.

In electrical panels, it is very common to use a drawer motor control center (MCC), which is designed for changing and maintaining the system without stopping the system, especially when it is not desired to switch off the power. Drawer panels offer many advantages, especially in industries that require fault clearing without interrupting operation (e.g. cement, dam, paper, chemical industry or water treatment

plants).
